From there we set about to work with you to find the right home site and design the home of your dreams that stays within your budget.

The 6 Steps To A JCK Dream Home

1. INITIAL MEETINGS

We have informative meetings to show you the planning steps and the design steps to establish your dream home identity.

2. ARCHITECTURE

We create a rough drawing based on the initial meetings. From there things take shape into a Blueprint. Once that is ready, it is time for Appraisal.

3. APPRAISAL

We set a budget, contact the lender and the home is appraised. Once the lender approves the construction loan, our Superintendent begins the construction of your home.

4. CUSTOM SELECTIONS

Next will be a series of meeting with the Designer for your elegant Custom Selections. They will accompany you to the various showrooms where you can see various design addition options.

5. CONSTRUCTION

Our skilled craftsman work to ensure your home is finished to the highest possible standard. You will be asked to attend several on site meetings to make decisions regarding where you want certain things. Your selections are always made prior to the construction event so the home keeps moving.

6. CLOSING

Once your home is finished we have an instructional meeting to show you the components of the home. After that you close and within 60 days after you move in we have our final meeting for any minor flaws that might need to be taken care of. We like giving you time to experience your home for 60 days before we come back for that last time.
